Cardboard Acoustic Guitar

Building an acoustic guitar from cardboard is an especially unique challenge because the body doesn't just support the instrument, it also creates its sound. That made this project one of Ernest Packaging's most ambitious builds.

Working with experienced guitar builders, we explored how cardboard could be shaped into a hollow-body guitar that delivers surprising resonance, strength, and playability. The result is more than a conversation piece. It's another example of how rethinking everyday materials can lead to something genuinely unexpected.
